The parking lot at the studio was empty New Year’s afternoon except for these visitors from the nearby woods. The buck and doe were frightened by the siren from the neighboring ambulance service. The buck jumped an 8 foot fence clearing it by more than five feet leaving the doe to bolt the other direction across the roadway and back into the woods along Peachtree Creek. I shot this series with the 5DM2 with a 70-200mm f/2.8 zoom lens from Canon.
